Traditional salami of Mount Baldo
It is handmade by Puffo and Tale and is produced in small quantities by following the ancient recipes of our territory. This traditional salami of Mount Baldo has a full and compact flavour with an intense scent.
It is excellent with starters and with polenta. The pork meat is minced coarsely and flavoured with peppercorns, other spices and natural aromas.
It is a top quality meat due to our pigs live in a wild state and grow freely surrounded by an unspoiled nature halfway between Lake Garda and Mount Baldo. It is for this reason that we cheerfully named our Salami Felice.
The Felice Salami is matured slowly and naturally in Grandpa Perdinci’s old cellar.
